Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Supakeep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Supakeep is a backup automation service for Supabase projects. We schedule and run database backups, then store the resulting files in a Google Drive folder you connect and control.

3. Beta status

Supakeep is currently offered as a free beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We may limit usage or access during the beta period.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to back up any Supabase project you connect.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your Google Drive account and available storage.
  • You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
  • You agree not to use Supakeep for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.

5. Data and backups

Backup files are written directly to your Google Drive. We do not store your database contents on our infrastructure. You are responsible for verifying that your backups are complete and usable.

6. Intellectual property

Supakeep and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of liability

Supakeep is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. You acknowledge that backups are a risk-mitigation tool, not a guarantee.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the service and revoke our Google Drive access at any time.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Supakeep after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
